"Delivery"

If shipping or delivery services are made available by SPY CITY, SPY CITY will endeavour to ship or deliver any ordered product as quickly as possible and within any time periods indicated. However, you acknowledge and agree that SPY CITY will not be held responsible for any delays in shipping or delivery. Where delivery is delayed, SPY CITY will notify you as soon as possible. SPY CITY will not deliver products to P.O Boxes addresses.

Prices and fees

The prices and fees posted on this site are expressed in Canadian dollars. These include sales taxes required by Canada and Alberta law. However, they do not include transportation or custom fees except for the cites above mentioned (purchase of 150$ and more). Any order to be delivered outside of Canada might be subjected to custom fees upon delivery. These fees, along with delivery taxes, will be entirely assumed by the client. The delivery periods are solely indicative; we cannot, in any case, guarantee these deadlines

Returns & Claims

All our articles are received directly from the manufacturer. They are verified, tested, and functional before being delivered. Should you receive an article that does not comply with your order, please return it for an exchange only. You will then have seven (7) days after reception to proceed with the return. We will assume the fees inherent to the return of the merchandise (in standard mode). We will replace the article only after careful inspection of the returned merchandise. You will then have to assume the re-expedition fees. All claims must state specifically and in reasonable detail the nature of all objections, and must be accompanied by delivery receipt or photocopy of the sales order or packing slip. As a condition to making a claim for missing or damaged goods sent, the Customer is responsible for initiating and pursuing with the carrier. No refund, No exchanges.

SHIPPING POLICY / In-Stock Status:

At any given time, SPY CITY strives to keep all items in its catalog in-stock for at once shipment. Most orders are shipped out within one (1) to three (3) business days. Occasionally we have to back-order an item. Most back-orders ship within two (2) weeks, although some take longer due to limited production of certain highly specialized products. Should it take longer than two (2) weeks, the order will be cancelled and credit card will be credited for the amount. Prior to cancellation, SPY CITY will contact you.
